1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TutorBoost, LLC (“TutorBoost,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the TutorBoost website at tutorboost.org (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The TutorBoost tutor marketplace closed in September 2026. The Service now provides free articles for general information only. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, are no longer updated, and figures about other companies were correct only on the dates shown.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design and content, is owned by TutorBoost and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “TutorBoost” and related logos are trademarks of TutorBoost, LLC and may not be used without prior written consent.
4. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUTORBOOST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TutorBoost and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.
7. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in English with its seat in Wilmington, Delaware. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service is hosted by Vercel and links to other websites and to the App Store. Their content, availability and terms are their own, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and revise these Terms, at any time. The “Last updated” date shows when these Terms were last revised.
10. General Provisions
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and TutorBoost regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
